Unser Kunde, eines der führenden Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Beratungsunternehmen mit Sitz in verschiedenen Märkten und starker regionaler Präsenz in der Schweiz, sucht einen Manager - Financial Services Transfer Pricing (m/w/d) in Zürich.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Leitung verschiedener internationaler Steuer- und Finanzdienstleistungs-Verrechnungspreisprojekte

  • Leitung internationaler Restrukturierungsprojekte sowie Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Verrechnungspreisrahmen

  • Analyse von Geschäftsmodellen und Bewertung der Konsistenz von Wertschöpfung und Gewinnallokation

  • Leitung von Due-Diligence-Prüfungen und Post-M&A-Verrechnungspreisthemen. Beratung von Mandanten zu operativen Verrechnungspreisthemen.

  • Leitung globaler Compliance-Projekte gemäß OECD- und lokalen Standards. Unterstützung unserer multinationalen Finanzdienstleister bei zwischenstaatlichen Streitbeilegungsverfahren zu Verrechnungspreisfragen

Qualifikation

  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Finanzwesen, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Rechtswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Studiengang mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Verrechnungspreise für Finanzdienstleistungen, idealerweise in einem der Big Four oder im Beratungsumfeld

  • Expertise in globalen Verrechnungspreisvorschriften und den OECD/BEPS 2.0-Richtlinien, insbesondere im Finanzdienstleistungssektor

  • Erfahrung in der Beilegung von Steuerstreitigkeiten (MAPs, APAs usw.), idealerweise im Finanzdienstleistungssektor

  • Fließende Englisch-, Deutsch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

  • Fähigkeit, junge Fachkräfte in internationalen Projekten zu begleiten und Steuerinformationen aus verschiedenen Rechtsräumen zu integrieren
