Data Analyst (H/F) – Role Description and Qualifications

The Data Analyst (H/F) supports data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information that enhances business performance and operational efficiency. This role focuses on transforming complex data into clear insights that guide strategic and operational actions across the organization.

Key responsibilities include extracting and cleaning data from various sources, conducting statistical analyses, and developing dashboards and reports to monitor performance indicators (KPIs). The Data Analyst identifies trends, patterns, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations that support business goals. The role also contributes to improving data processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with data analytics languages such as Python or R.
