We are launching a
remote graduate programme
for aspiring data analysts who are eager to kick-start their careers in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This structured programme is ideal for recent graduates with strong analytical minds and a passion for using data to solve real-world business problems.


Only candidates currently residing in Switzerland (citizens or legal residents with valid work authorization) are eligible.
We do not consider applicants living outside Switzerland.

What You'll Do

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to track key business metrics
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setting


Ideal Candidate

  • Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields
  • Strong skills in Excel and at least one analytics tool (SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Passionate about data and problem-solving
  • Fluent in English (German/French is a plus)
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to work independently from home
