We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Strategy Intern
to join our team here in Switzerland

In this role, you'll support strategic projects across the organization — from market research and performance analysis to supporting executive presentations. You'll gain hands-on experience in business strategy, learn how high-level decisions are made, and play an active role in shaping innovative ideas into real impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct in-depth market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking
  • Support strategic planning and execution across departments
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and insights for senior management
  • Analyze data to identify key performance drivers and improvement opportunities
  • Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and project meetings
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and marketing teams to align on strategic goals
  • Track and evaluate ongoing initiatives to measure success and impact

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (experience with data tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English; German or French a plus (merci & danke vielmal)
