We're looking for a motivated and analytical
Strategy Intern
to join our team here in Switzerland

In this role, you'll work closely with senior leaders to support strategic projects, conduct market research, and contribute to business decisions that drive growth and innovation. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate strategy, operations, and problem-solving within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry research to support strategic initiatives
  • Assist in the development of business cases, presentations, and executive materials
  • Support project teams in identifying growth opportunities, operational improvements, and innovation areas
  • Work cross-functionally with teams in finance, marketing, and operations to collect and interpret key data
  • Help monitor performance indicators and track the success of ongoing strategic projects
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and workshops with the Strategy and Leadership teams
  • Prepare summaries and insights that help guide data-driven decision-making

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Curious mindset and ability to think strategically about business challenges
  • Fluent in English; German or French a plus (merci & danke vielmal)
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
