Marketing Intern, Video Content (6 months)

In this paid Intern role, we're looking for someone to go all-in on content production and content strategy, especially focusing on video content. You'll contribute to our content strategy across social media, e-mail marketing, paid, and earned ads, and work closely together with the Marketing team based in Bern, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Generate ideas: Gather new and fresh ideas for RealWear video content (shortform and longform content) for LinkedIn, Instagram and X.
  • Planning content and video shoots: Independently organize content plans and shoots, organize all required people, equipment and locations.
  • Shoot and edit videos: Shoot video content with your camera/smartphone, record crisp audio, and edit videos in a fast-paced environment.
  • Check analytics and channel inbound: Contribute to RealWear's social channel presence, monitor channel inbound messages, and review analytics.
  • Work on case studies: Develop internal case studies and coordinate content shoots with clients and customers of RealWear.
  • Contribute to marketing materials: Flexibility to contribute to diverse marketing materials, such as fact sheets, website, photo shoots, presentation slides, etc.

Required background

  • Expertise in a video editing tool, e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and creative tools, e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Knowledge of Figma and Canva is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of website design tools like Framer is a plus
  • Great communication skills in German and English (our company works primarily in English)
  • Structured work ethic; you take pride in keeping files organized and correctly labeled.
  • Authorization to work in Switzerland required (we don't sponsor visa for this position)
  • Highly motivated and open to working in a startup environment.
