We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented
Digital Content Specialist
to join our growing team here in Switzerland

In this role, you'll take charge of planning, creating, and optimizing content across multiple digital platforms. From social media posts to website updates and campaigns, you'll play a key role in shaping our brand's voice and connecting with audiences in meaningful ways.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging digital content across web, social, and email channels
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Write and edit copy for blogs, newsletters, ads, and landing pages
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all digital initiatives
  • Monitor performance metrics and use analytics to optimize campaigns and engagement
  • Support SEO and SEM efforts to increase online visibility and traffic
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices — and bring fresh ideas to the table

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital content creation, marketing, or communications
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (German or French is a plus — merci & danke)
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools
  • Understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and content performance tracking
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to balance multiple projects
  • A proactive, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is an advantage
