Content Moderator Specialist

This is an exciting chance to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a media content reviewer, you will be responsible for evaluating online advertisements and ensuring they meet local legislation and platform guidelines.
Your role will be crucial in maintaining a safe and engaging experience for users of digital content platforms. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality of content consumed by millions of people.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and moderate online advertisements inside the digital content platform.
Identify and remove inappropriate content based on project policies.
Ensure ads are suitable for the target audience.
Escalate policy violations and contribute to process improvements.
Collaborate with operations and content safety teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Languages: Native/Fluent German (mandatory) + good English.
No prior experience required (up to 12 months in Content Moderation considered).
Strong attention to detail and ability to make fast, sound decisions.
Resilient and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
Meal Allowance: €7.63/day (net, meal card).
Transportation Bonus: €720/year.
Annual Target Bonus: 5% of gross base salary.
Total Monthly Package: Approximately €1,400 + benefits.
