Summary
In unserem Event Planning Team hast du die Möglichkeit, eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Kunden individuell zu betreuen und ihre Events bis ins Detail zu gestalten. Dabei geniesst du die Freiheit, deinen Arbeitsalltag eigenständig zu strukturieren und flexibel zu organisieren.

Die Stelle ist ab Januar 2026 zu besetzen – wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung.

Qualifications

  • Mit deiner herzlichen, repräsentativen und authentischen Art als Gastgeber begeisterst du täglich unsere internationalen Gäste
  • Die kreative Gestaltung, Planung und Umsetzung von Events sowie Gruppenbuchungen bereiten dir Freude
  • Angebote, Verträge und Ablaufpläne werden von dir detailgetreu und stilsicher formuliert
  • Die korrekte Handhabung und Pflege unserer Systeme ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Hotellerie und von Vorteil in einer ähnlichen Position im Event- und Gruppenplanung
  • Du verlierst trotz hohem Arbeitsvolumen nicht die Liebe zum Detail und bist ein Organisationstalent
  • Deine fliessenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erleichtern dir den Umgang mit unseren internationalen Kunden
