We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to join their team ASAP for at least 6 months. ## Job Description ## * Lead the creative development and execution of high-impact events, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives * Manage event planning processes, timelines, and logistics with precision and attention to detail * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure flawless delivery * Oversee event budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency * Champion a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to deliver exceptional experiences * Continuously evaluate event performance and implement improvements based on feedback and KPIs ## The Successful Applicant ## * Minimum 6 years of experience in event management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale, international events * Proven expertise in budget management and financial planning * Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into innovative event concepts * Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a meticulous eye for detail * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels * Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage ## What's on Offer ## * Interesting role in Events, start ASAP, min. 6 month * Interesting and dynamic brand and company Quote job ref JN Job Function Marketing & Agency Specialisation Exhibitions / Events & Experiential Industry FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Location Zürich Contract Type Interim Job Reference JN
