Vos missions :
Superviser les opérations de réception (check-in, check-out, gestion des réservations)
Suivi de stocks
Garantir un service client irréprochable
Coordonner les équipes et les différents services
Assurer le lien entre la direction et la réception
Gérer les factures débiteurs et la caisse
Assurer le suivi des réservations de groupe
Horaires :
Shifts du matin et du soir, avec parfois des horaires de journée
Votre profil :
3 à 5 ans d'expérience en réception ou en supervision (marché suisse demandé)
Bilingue anglais / français (maîtrise du français indispensable)
Permis de travail valide
Leadership, rigueur et sens du service client
Poste : Temps plein – Genève
