As a
Front Office Shiftleader (f/m/d)
, you will be the first point of contact for our international guests, looking after them from check-in to check-out. Just as you care for our guests with dedication and passion, we care for you.

This is a
fulltime position
based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Your Role at a Glance

  • You are fluent in French and English both oral and written.
  • You already have experience of managing a team.
  • Excellent command of SAP TMS.
  • You enjoy being a host.
  • You are good at communicating in a friendly and appreciative manner.
  • You impress with your organizational skills and independent working style during your shift.
  • Teamwork and mutual support are important to you.
