Au sein de notre équipe Banking Support, vous jouerez un rôle sera central pour garantir le bon fonctionnement des activités opérationnelles soutenant nos équipes Front Office à travers le monde. En collaborant avec elles, vous bénéficierez d'une expérience enrichissante car vous pourrez observer de près les activités propres au secteur bancaire et au contact des clients. Grâce à votre implication dans l'amélioration continue de nos processus et à votre participation à des projets d'automatisation, vous jouerez un rôle moteur dans l'évolution de notre organisation, tout en apportant vos idées et votre énergie à notre succès collectif.

Your role
  • Gérer le traitement et le suivi des incidents opérationnels, en assurant une prise en charge efficace, tout en collaborant étroitement avec nos équipes Front Office en Suisse et en Europe.
  • Effectuer des contrôles opérationnels conformes aux directives internes et dispositions réglementaires (MiFIR, LEI, etc.) et assurer un support pour les demandes des clients relatives à la gestion de leur LEI, tout en intégrant les défis rencontrés par les équipes concernées.
  • Garantir la conformité des données liée aux exigences réglementaires et fiscales, en vous impliquant dans la gestion des campagnes CRS et FATCA et en identifiant les risques de non-conformité.
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise en oeuvre des communications internes et externes à destination de nos clients,en veillant à aligner les objectifs business et les exigences réglementaires.
  • Collaborer activement à l'amélioration continue de nos processus et des flux de communication en échangeant avec différents départements, apportant ainsi votre vision et vos idées innovantes.
Your profile

  • Bachelor ou formation jugée équivalente

  • Une première expérience de 3-5 ans dans les opérations bancaires, le service client ou un domaine connexe: un atout.

  • Curiosité pour les dispositifs réglementaires et capacité à en comprendre les enjeux (FATCA, CRS, LEI, EMIR, etc.).
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils MS Office, notamment Excel/Tableau, et intérêt pour les systèmes bancaires (connaissance d'Avaloq, un plus).
  • Capacité à gérer le stress, polyvalence et sens aigu des responsabilités.
  • Excellente capacité à communiquer et esprit d'équipe, avec un profond sens du service à la clientèle.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, avec des aptitudes en communication écrite et orale.
