* Vous avez une bonne experience en Settelement. * Vous avez une expérience locale. ## About Our Client ## Une banque privée. ## Job Description ## * Assurer le traitement et le suivi des règlements-livraisons pour toutes les classes d'actifs : actions, obligations, fonds, produits structurés, dérivés, etc. * Gérer les instructions de règlement (SWIFT / MT5xx) et contrôler les confirmations avec les contreparties. * Traiter les échecs de settlement et assurer leur résolution rapide en coordination avec les dépositaires, brokers et le front office. * Effectuer les rapprochements quotidiens entre les positions internes et les dépositaires. * Suivre les corporate actions, paiements de coupons et dividendes en lien avec le middle office. * Participer aux projets d'automatisation, d'amélioration des processus et migrations systèmes. * Veiller à la mise à jour des procédures opérationnelles et au respect des règles de conformité, notamment celles de la FINMA et de la banque dépositaire. * Fournir un support opérationnel au front office et aux autres départements (comptabilité, risk, compliance). ## The Successful Applicant ## * 3 à 7 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire au sein d'une banque privée ou d'un asset manager en Suisse. * Solides connaissances des instruments financiers, des processus de règlement-livraison et des standards SWIFT / Euroclear / Clearstream. * Aisance dans l'utilisation d'un core banking system (Avaloq, Olympic, Temenos, etc.). * Sens aigu du détail, rigueur, et excellente capacité à gérer les priorités. * Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et approche orientée solutions. * Français courant et anglais professionnel requis (toute autre langue est un atout). * Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et des outils bureautiques. ## What's on Offer ## \- Quote job ref JN Job Function Banking & Financial Services Specialisation Back Office - Operations Industry Financial Services Location Geneva Contract Type Permanent Job Reference JN
