With more than 250 professionals, our Investment Solutions department is responsible for providing sophisticated and customized investment proposals to our private clients.

In this context, we are looking for a Junior Structured Products Structurer to join our Geneva based Global Markets Services team.

Your Role :

As a Junior Structured Products Structurer, you will play a key role in supporting the promotion and execution of structured products, while leveraging your programming skills to enhance tools, automate processes, and improve portfolio monitoring.

The role is highly evolutive and will depend on your ability to take ownership of the position. After a learning phase, the candidate will be expected to run the following tasks independently:

Portfolio Monitoring & Automation :

• Design and implement tools to monitor structured product portfolios (maturities, rollovers, switches).
• Automate daily tasks and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in the development of our internal trading platform, Elus.

Idea generation :

• Promote ideas to bankers, investment advisors, and portfolio managers with actionable ideas aligned with our CIO's House View, market trends and client objectives.
• Promote investment and hedging ideas aligned with CIO views. Automate the follow-up and booking processes to support business scalability.
• Organize regular meetings to share investment themes and strengthen collaboration across teams.
• Ensure ideas are in line with local requirements, regulations and tax efficient

Counterparty Interaction :

• Maintain strong relationships with Issuers and liquidity providers to optimize execution and access liquidity.
• Ensure you are up to date with the latest market and product trends.

Trade Lifecycle Management :

• Manage the full trade lifecycle: from idea generation and RFQ to execution, booking, and settlement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely transaction processing.

Your Profile:

• Education: Master's degree in engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience: a previous experience in structured products or derivatives with a maximum of 2 years' experience
• Technical Skills: Strong programming skills (VBA required; Python or any other language is a strong plus).
• Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities with a sound judgment under pressure, and ability to handle high trade volumes with precision and efficiency: the candidate is expected to work independently and take ownership of specific tasks.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with Clients, counterparties, and technology teams
• Teamwork: Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with investment professionals and clients
• Project skills: Proactive, curious and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and active participation in cross-functional projects
• Languages: Fluent in both English and French, any other language is an advantage
• Service minded, accurate, autonomous
• Must be a resident of Switzerland
