Through its SaaS platform, it provides automated and tailored recommendations based on each department's digital maturity and covers IT footprint through eight key environmental indicators.

Your missions

Diagnostics, audits & analyses


• Carry out Sustainable IT maturity diagnostics in organisations


• Measure the environmental footprint of information systems


• Write footprint and maturity reports

Strategies and action plans


• Co-construct cross-functional action plans adapted to each organisation


• Help organisations define, implement and drive their Sustainable IT strategy


• Ensure project management with coordination, monitoring and reporting

Sustainable IT Label / Label Numérique Responsable


• Prepare organisations to obtain the Sustainable IT Label (level 1 or 2). Auditing skills are an asset

Awareness and education


• Facilitate workshops on Sustainable IT


• Create educational materials, such as slides, quizzes and exercises

Participation in business development


• Conduct active prospecting in person (events) and digital (social networks)

Customer engagement for our SaaS platform


• Monitor organisations' use of the platform and propose improvement actions


• Support the organisations if needed

Skills and profile

Skills


• Good knowledge of Sustainable IT


• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting


• Excellent proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint


• Comfortable with AI and modern digital tools

Profile


• Positive attitude and proactivity


• Experience in customer relationship management


• Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills


• High degree of autonomy and sense of responsibility


• Ability to work in a small and agile team

Languages


• French: excellent level


• English: very good proficiency


• German: strong plus

Working conditions


• Permanent contract


• Start date: January or February 2026


• Activity rate: 60% to 80%


• Home office: 1 to 2 days per week, depending on work rate


• Strong flexibility to reconcile personal and professional life


• Occasional trips to customers' offices in Switzerland


• We are looking for a candidate who is willing to grow with MIKUJY and potentially join the company full-time as the business develops.

Remuneration


• Salary set according to the Swiss market and the reality of a growing start-up like MIKUJY


• Sales Commissions
