Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Scheduling (Ref. 2700)

Neuchatel Area

In this role, you will manage short- and mid-term scheduling activities for manufacturing lines, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as QA, QC, Production, Warehouse, and Supply Chain, acting as a key point of contact for coordination and planning.

Your main tasks

  • Translate supply plans into detailed daily schedules within the frozen period
  • Manage detailed scheduling for assigned work centers and monitor execution
  • Prepare and lead weekly scheduling meetings with stakeholders
  • Track work orders from creation to release and follow up on daily operations
  • Coordinate priorities based on business requirements and constraints
  • Ensure mid-term plan execution, including material availability and master data setup
  • Act as key contact for make-to-order (MTO) repacking activities
  • Manage reprocessing activities when required
  • Monitor and report KPIs such as OTIF, Schedule Adherence, and RFT
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and challenge the status quo
  • Ensure timely implementation of assigned change control tasks

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, production, or planning
  • Previous experience in an international industrial environment, ideally pharma or biotech
  • Strong resilience and ability to work under pressure with autonomy
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on results, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with quick process understanding
  • Experience with LEAN management is an asset
  • High IT proficiency: MS Office, Excel, ERP systems (Oracle experience is a plus)
  • Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions
