About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Scheduling to manage short- and mid-term planning activities for assigned manufacturing lines. Working closely with Supply Chain, QA, QC, Operations, and other partners, you will ensure efficient scheduling, execution, and continuous improvement across the production workflow. You may also serve as a backup for peer schedulers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert supply plans into detailed daily schedules within the frozen period
  • Manage detailed scheduling for assigned work centers and follow up on execution
  • Lead weekly scheduling meetings and monitor daily operations with all stakeholders
  • Track work orders from creation to release
  • Set priorities based on business needs and operational constraints
  • Ensure execution of mid-term plans (material availability, master data setup)
  • Coordinate stability plan activities, variations, transitions, and make-to-order (MTO) repacking
  • Manage reprocessing activities when required
  • Own key KPIs (OTIF, Schedule Adherence, RFT)
  • Drive continuous improvement and challenge the status quo
  • Execute assigned change control tasks on time
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain (production or supply planning)
  • Experience in an international industrial setting; pharma/biotech preferred
  • Strong resilience, autonomy, proactive mindset, quality focus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; quick process understanding
  • Experience with LEAN is an asset
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office, Excel, ERP; Oracle is a plus)
  • Fluency in French and English required
