Im Bereich Data Integration & Development entwickeln wir unser Transport Management System weiter und unterstützen das operative Geschäft. Interface Developer %, m/w/d)
Dein Aufgabenbereich:
- Leitung und Koordination der gesamten Implementierung von Schnittstellen für unsere Kunden, Partner und Agenten.
- Analyse der Kundenanforderungen und Erstellung massgeschneiderter und nachhaltiger Lösungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Schnittstelle den individuellen Bedürfnissen und Geschäftsprozessen entspricht.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, Kunden und externen Dienstleistern.
- Kontinuierliches Monitoring der bestehenden Schnittstellen.
- Unterstützung 1st und 2nd Level Support im Bereich Interfaces
- Sicherstellung des Knowledge Transfers an die Arbeitskollegen
Unsere Erwartungen:
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre, idealerweise in der Informatik, Spedition oder Logistik.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Schnittstellen und Formate (EDIFACT, IDOC, XML, JSON, Webservices, kundenspezifische Formate).
- Erfahrung mit Lobster_data: Mapping von EDI-Formaten, Automatisierung und Integrationsprozessen
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift; Französisch von Vorteil
- Teamgeist sowie offene, klare und wertschätzende Kommunikation
- Dienstleistungsorientiertes Mindset und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Strukturierte, selbständige und logische Arbeitsweise
