Your Responsibilities:

• You will work as a developer for Labvantage LIMS in the life sciences environment.
• You will work together with scientists in the life sciences environment to collect and review user requirements from business and IT.
• Interface with customers (both IT and business)

Your Qualification and Experience:

• Experience in the installation, maintenance and configuration of Labvantage LIMS in a life science environment (regulated and non-regulated).
• Experience in Labvantage Java API programming for devices and 3rd party application integration
• Experience in software development for automated laboratory systems and devices is a plus

A degree in either:

• Life sciences, chemistry, biology, etc. with several years (at least 2-3) of professional experience in information technology
• or an IT degree with several years (at least 2-3) of professional experience in life science/pharmaceutical environments
• or an apprenticeship in laboratory environments, i.e. (chemical laboratory assistant / biological laboratory assistant), as long as you have proven professional experience in information technology environments during or after your apprenticeship
• Pharmaceutical/life sciences experience is a must
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment (i.e. GxP environment) is a plus
• You will be employed as a service provider in a professional environment
• You are fluent in German and English
• Travelling to customers at times (in Europe)
