HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
This Internship Will Allow You To Support The Operation Teams On a Continuous Improvement Approach, By Actively Participating In And Leading Initiatives Focused On
- Resolving operational irritants through structured problem-solving.
- Standardizing and optimizing operational processes for consistent efficiency.
- Improving stock and product flow management.
Develop the monitoring and documentation of our operational processes and master data, to aim for a proactive identification of potential deviation from the standards.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- You are doing a Bachelor/Master degree or are recently graduated (Business or Engineering School) with a strong willingness to enter Project Management or supply chain.
- You are familiar with the LEAN method and tools.
- You are at ease with data manipulation (Excel, Power Query/BI…, SQL is a plus) and understand the impacts of the master data management on the daily operations.
- You have a strong team spirit, you are proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated by problem solving and continuous improvement tasks.
- You have good attention to detail: accurate and highly observant on actions & tasks to be performed
- You have the ability to see the big picture and summarise .
- You have good organizational skills : able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on feedback from the team.
- You are fluent in French and English .
