**Operational Excellence Project Manager**
As part of the Operational Excellence department, this function is key to ensuring the execution of our site strategy. This role works closely with internalstakeholders to ensure alignment with our site strategy.
**Role for Project Management Office**:
- Lead strategical site project in order to reduce cost (waste, scrap) and improve our Lead time
- Promote and train a culture of continuous improvement
- Support and coach the site to solve problem (A3, Kaizen Event, Belt)
**Who you are**:
- Engineer's Degree in a relevant domain
- Strong knowledge in continuous improvement (Lean, 6 Sigma)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP) with a proactive approach to all aspects of project management
- Shows a desire and motivation to work in improvement and project environment close to the floor
- Organized and logical in defining prioritization to impact positively the site
- Good communicator, dealing directly and efficiently with project teams
- Team spirit and compromise approach
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
