As the Analytical Lead, you will play a crucial role in defining the analytical roadmap for early-stage product programs and projects. You will collaborate closely with the CMC team and various stakeholders (including ADI BDC, Guidonia, AOQC, R&D, and external service providers) to ensure adherence to content and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop the analytical and QC strategy for product development projects.
- Manage and monitor the execution of analytical activities relevant to product development to meet CMC program demands.
- Create project plans, budgets, and milestones; measure and report project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
- Identify and manage project risks, formulating mitigation strategies considering costs and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and health authority guidelines.
- Maintain high performance across operational excellence areas (EHS, People, Quality, Service, Efficiency, and Cost).
- Provide project management support for assigned projects, including interactions with CDMOs.
- Contribute to product workflows to ensure the delivery of active, safe drugs at reduced costs.
- Prepare and share documentation related to analytical development for review and approval by stakeholders.
- MS with 5+ years of experience, or PhD with 3 years in analytical method development and project management.
- Strong understanding of analytical requirements for early-stage biotech product development.
- Proven experience in analytical method development, validation, and quality control.
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and lead without hierarchical power in a matrix environment.
- Strong business acumen and results orientation, with demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills.
- PMP and/or Belt certification is a plus.
