At the same time, we are committed to innovating and designing new products in line with the values of our Houses, through a process of permanent creativity.WHAT MAKES THIS POSITION UNIQUE?You will assist the execution of short-middle-long-term distribution plans for Cartier Accessories and Fragrances, to support the sales development and ensure the optimal product availability within the network, in accordance with the target stock policies.Together with a team of planners and coordinators, you will collaborate with international marketing, markets, development, suppliers and finance to build an ambitious and achievable plan; you will provide regular appropriate communication and relevant analysis.You will help to impulse and drive the transformation of our supply chain processes by challenging the status quo and implementing new models for the permanent offer and the seasonal collections, in the context of accelerated sales rhythms.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Distribution Planning assistant:Participate to define and size the target market stock level of the distribution platforms and boutiques worldwide, based on past sales and expected evolutionsConsider market feedback, supply planning constraints and special initiativesTake part in the design of the product scope and client offer in collaboration with the central merchandising teamIdentify Bestsellers and execute the operational distribution activity, ensuring punctuality and alerting on potential critical shortagesTake part in the mapping of replenishment flows on our marketsAssist the distribution team in its daily tasks (markets requests, DRP management etc..)Participate to deploy the auto-replenishment of our POSF products (MRP deployment)Participate to write and communicate the new process in collaboration with our logistics teams and markets (returns, claims, staff sales, etc...)Ensure the flows and SAP transactions are adapted to all stakeholders and respond to our partners needsDistribution planning projects aimed at standardizing and harmonizing operational practices across product categoriesAnalyze current distribution workflows and contribute to the development of standardized, scalable planning practices across regionsSupport the implementation of improved shelf-life management processes for fragrance products, including data review, alert monitoring, and proposal of corrective actionsContribute to seasonal planning for accessories, ensuring alignment between collection launches, inventory flows, and network replenishment needsParticipate in cross-functional project meetings and document best practices to facilitate future operational harmonizationBuild dashboards, reports, and analysis to support decision-making and monitor the impact of process improvementsAssist in identifying risks and proposing optimization levers to enhance the reliability, consistency, and efficiency of the distribution model.Continuous improvement & ReportingMaintain existing reports to follow worldwide stock and shortage situationChallenge actual process, methods and toolsMake required analyses and diagnosticsIdentify action plansParticipate in the implementation of solutions/new toolsFollow project progress and involve the different stakeholders.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?You have a master's degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, finance, business administration or related field (Supply Chain competence is strongly preferred)You have robust analytical skills, and you easily analyze and work with Data and Information SystemsYou are organized, autonomous and reliableYou have good skills in Excel and/or experience with Power BI. The knowledge of programming languages is a plusYou are fluent both in French and English and have a strong ability to explain clearly and simply complex topics.You have a first experience in an international context, with a preference for the luxury industry.#Richemont #WeCraftTheFuture
