A deep-tech company developing advanced cooling solutions for next-generation AI and data-center chips is seeking a
Senior Program Manager
to join its PMO. The company partners with leading global technology organisations and research institutions on cutting-edge hardware programs.
You will own complex customer programs end to end, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic customers while coordinating internal teams and external partners. You will manage timelines, risks, and budgets, and ensure clear communication and delivery across all phases of the program lifecycle.
This role suits someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex technical work, leading through influence, and working close to advanced hardware development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of customer and internal programs
- Coordinate engineering, operations, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Serve as main customer interface for progress, risks, and next steps
- Maintain project plans, risks, actions, and decision logs
- Run milestone and status reviews with customers and internal teams
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost variances
- Prepare clear technical reports, presentations, and status updates
- Own full program lifecycle from scoping and SOW to closure
- Support commercial planning and contribute to PMO process improvement
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years' experience managing complex technical programs
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Experience with formal phase-gate or regulated project environments
- Solid understanding of project financials and budgeting
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar
