The Role

We are looking for an: Senior Manager / Director, R&D Data Science, Real World Evidence, to lead cross-therapeutic RWE initiatives and join our team. This role sits within Commercial Operations and is responsible for building go-to-market frameworks in the RWE space. The ideal candidate brings experience in developing novel evidence-generation strategies and a strong understanding of how to integrate diverse data sources into research. Your work will directly influence customer development programs across pharmaceutical and biotech organizations, inform regulatory decision-making, and shape strategic business priorities. You will play a central role in developing and evolving our product to address the RWE needs of the industry. As part of a small, dynamic team, your impact will be immediate, visible, and meaningful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-therapeutic RWE initiatives to support clinical development, strategic decision-making, and customer implementation.
  • Partner closely with internal teams and external collaborators to co-create RWE strategies and evidence-generation solutions.
  • Provide scientific leadership across epidemiology, observational research, and data science.
  • Drive innovation in evidence generation by leveraging diverse data modalities, digital health technologies, and advanced analytics.
  • Lead customer-facing engagements to define, communicate, and advance RWE strategies.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, outcomes research or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in biopharma, biotech, RWE consulting or CRO.
  • Hands-on experience with observational/epidemiological research, RWE study methodologies, and statistical approaches.
  • Proven expertise in data extraction, and advanced analytics.
  • Deep experience with RWD/RWE and evidence-generation frameworks.
  • Experience preparing clinical protocols.
  • Cross-functional experience with clinical development, medical affairs, market access, HEOR, and safety teams.
  • Familiarity with diverse data sources (EHR, claims, registries, clinical trials, digital health datasets).
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more therapeutic areas.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, "can-do" attitude.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands-on when needed.
  • Collaborative spirit, entrepreneurial mindset, and enthusiasm for driving innovation.
