The Position

Die Position Prozessexperte ist eine zentrale Rolle in der Rocephin Manufacturing KAU Abteilung in Kaiseraugst. Als Prozessexperte stellen Sie sicher, dass Produktionsprozesse reibungslos ablaufen, die hohen Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden und alle Tätigkeiten gemäß den geltenden GMP-Vorschriften ausgeführt werden. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Überwachung und Funktionssicherheit von Produktions- und Inspektionsanlagen, die Dokumentation der Produktionsschritte sowie die Unterstützung bei Optimierungen und Schulungen. Diese Position verbindet technisches Fachwissen, organisatorisches Talent und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortung, um die kontinuierliche Herstellung hochwertiger Produkte zu gewährleisten.

Die Möglichkeit:

  • Sicherstellung der Produktionsqualität und Überwachung der Betriebs- und Funktionssicherheit von Produktionsanlagen

  • Koordination und Durchführung von Tätigkeiten gemäß GMP-Vorschriften, einschließlich In-Prozess-Kontrollen, Dokumentation und Bedienung der Anlagen sowie den zugehörigen Produktionssystemen (MES/elektronisches Lagerverwaltungssystem)

  • Identifikation, Abrechnung und Verfügbarkeit von Materialien, Packmitteln und Verbrauchsmaterialien sicherstellen

  • Meldung und Bearbeitung von Alarmen, Störungen oder fehlerhaften Zuständen sowie Unterstützung bei der Fehlerbehebung

  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen 

  • Unterstützung bei der Ausbildung neuer Mitarbeitender und der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten

  • Durchführung von Umrüstaktivitäten und Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen wie Technik, Logistik oder Compliance-Teams

Wer Sie sind:

  • Sie sind eine Persönlichkeit mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung.

  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

  • Sie besitzen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen oder industriellen Produktion mit GMP-Kenntnissen.

  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten aus.

  • Sie sind eine teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

  • Sie sind bereit zur Schichtarbeit und flexibel im Arbeitsalltag.

  • Sie verfügen über ein hohes Mass an Selbstorganisation sowie gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, auch im Umgang mit Schnittstellen (z.B. QA oder Support Funktionen wie MES-Support).
