Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive HR Volunteer to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR management within a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in developing and implementing onboarding processes for new team members.
  • Maintain volunteer records and ensure compliance with KomunIKON policies.
  • Organize team-building activities and contribute to a positive organizational culture.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related initiatives and projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Interest or experience in human resources, volunteer management, or organizational development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Proficiency in French and English is preferred but not required.
