Are you a passionate Recruiter who enjoys being an integral part of attracting top talent? For our Talent Acquisition Team based in Zurich, Dubai and Ireland we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who builds trusted partnerships with the hiring managers but can also connect with candidates and assess them accordingly.

What would your role be?

  • Strong recruiting experience, preferably in Hospitality and private household
  • Lead and process full recruiting cycle in collaboration with hiring managers, HNWI clients and directors.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders and be influential in the decision making processes
  • Define and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talents and ensure a diverse pool of candidates, also via direct sourcing
  • Manage candidates throughout all stages of the recruiting journey and provide a best-in-class candidate experience based on our hiring standards and processes
  • Attend and present the company at Recruiting events and provide internal Interview trainings

What are we looking for?

  • At least 5 years' of experience as a Recruiting- / Talent Acquisition Partner within a fast paced and client centric organization (or similar experience)
  • Advantage to have experience in the hospitality, (U)HNWI private services or hotel industry.
  • Dynamic personality with a positive and team-oriented mindset
  • An open and winning communicator with high standards in delivery of an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Multicultural exposure, ability to interact with all type of professionals and levels of seniority
  • Fluent in German and English

We are filling the position either as an employed Recruitment Director or as an independent business partner. Both options offer performance-based compensation. A fixed salary is available in the employed role, depending on relevant professional experience.
