Aufgaben

AI-Projektleitung & Delivery

  • End-to-end Steuerung von AI-Projekten (Discovery, Scoping, Umsetzung, Rollout, Betrieb) inkl. Zeitplan, Budget, Risiken und Stakeholder-Management
  • Übersetzen von Business-Anforderungen in umsetzbare Epics/User Stories und klare Akzeptanzkriterien
  • Sicherstellen von Qualität, Governance und Nachvollziehbarkeit (Dokumentation, Entscheide, Change Requests)

Business Analyse & Lösungsdesign

  • Durchführung von Workshops (Use Cases, Prozesse, Daten, Compliance) und Erstellung von fachlichen Spezifikationen
  • Definition von Zielbildern, KPIs und Erfolgskriterien (z. B. Answer Quality, Deflection, Time-to-Resolution, Compliance)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering/UX zur Gestaltung von End-to-end User Journeys und produktfähigen Lösungen

RAG- & Knowledge-Systeme (fachliches Ownership)

  • Fundiertes Verständnis von RAG-Architekturen: Ingestion, Chunking, Embeddings, Retrieval, Re-Ranking, Prompting, Guardrails, Evaluation
  • Steuerung von Anforderungen an Knowledge DB / Search, inkl. Qualitäts- und Conflict-Management (z. B. Duplikate/Widersprüche)
  • Unterstützung bei Entscheidungen zu Datenquellen, Zugriffsrechten, Betriebsmodell und Compliance (z. B. DSG/FINMA-Kontext)

Stakeholder, Kunden & Enablement

  • Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe mit Fachbereichen, IT, Security/Compliance sowie externen Partnern
  • Erstellen von Management-ready Deliverables (Präsentationen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Roadmaps)
  • Enablement von Kundenteams (Einführung, Trainings, Übergabe in Betrieb/Support)
Qualifikation

Ausbildung & Erfahrung

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Data Science, BWL) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von AI Projekten in der Schweiz
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit LLM-/RAG-Systemen (mind. konzeptionell, idealerweise in Umsetzung/Einführung)

Fachliches/technisches Profil

  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von RAG-/Search- und Knowledge-Workflows sowie typischen Qualitäts- und Betriebsfragen
  • Consulting-Erfahrung: sicher in Kundenworkshops, Anforderungsanalyse, Stakeholder-Management, Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Roadmaps sowie professioneller Kommunikation bis Management-Level
  • Sehr gute PowerPoint-Skills: Erstellung von klaren, management-tauglichen Decks (Storyline, Struktur, Visualisierung), inkl. Architektur-/Prozessdarstellungen, Entscheidungsfolien (Optionen & Trade-offs) und überzeugender Präsentation vor Stakeholdern
  • Vorteilhaft: Erfahrung mit Azure-Ökosystem (z. B. Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search) und Evaluation/Testing von LLM-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich, Englisch von Vorteil
