**Your role**
- Do you know how to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively whilst keeping stakeholders fully briefed ? Have you managed large and complex fund related projects from A to Z? We are looking for someone like you to:
- project manage the integration and rationalization of multiple fund ranges whilst supporting the Head of GFIS Product Development and Management to ensure that the GWM fund platform continues to be able to deliver investment solutions to both the discretionary and advisory GWM business in a timely and efficient manner.
- take a lead communications/coordination role, ensuring that stakeholders across the fund value chain from Investment Office, Investment Mandates, Fund Investment Solutions through to Fund distribution are kept informed and aligned
- ensure that adequate documentation is produced to track any required changes to existing UBS business processes and help to identify where New Business Initiatives (“NBI”), Change to Existing Business (“CEB”) or Complex Transactions (“CT”) approvals may be required.
- work with counterparts in UBS AM to maintain, adapt or expand the existing UBS jointly managed fund framework, as may be required in order to meet business needs

**Your team**
- You will report directly into the GFIS Head of Fund Product Development and Management.
- Global Fund Investment Solutions (“GFIS”) is responsible within GWM CIO Global Investment Management, for identifying appropriate and innovative fund investment strategies and making these available to our advisory and discretionary clients.
- You'll be part of the Product Development team within GFIS which determines the most suitable commercial, legal, regulatory and tax compliant investment structures to meet both discretionary and advisory business needs and coordinates their approval, creation and ultimate delivery.
- We are responsible for $65bn+ of assets across more than 90 different fund structures and anticipate that increasing significantly in the near term.

**Your expertise**
- fund product specialist with 10+ years’ experience in banking/asset management, at least 5 years of which are in fund product development, including Fund of fund structures, Funds of managed accounts, Portfolio Management/Advisory structures etc.
- sound knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of Luxembourg domiciled funds as well as of the role of service providers e.g. Management Companies, Transfer Agents, Custody Banks. etc
- ability to manage fund structuring, restructuring, launches, liquidations, life-cycle management, liquidations, mergers etc.
- solid project management skills, combined with strong problem-solving / analytical abilities and a track record of managing complex tasks and competing priorities within tight deadlines
- able to assess new ideas, provide implementable and optimized solutions and see them through
- an excellent communicator, able to collaborate and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
