Switzerland (Opfikon) Switzerland (Opfikon) Human Resources Hybrid Experienced Professionals The Talent Development role oversees enterprise-wide development programs, including Fast-Forward and the Management Trainee Program, and manages the Performance for Growth process. The position supports succession planning, talent reviews, development planning, and external education guidance. It designs and delivers workshops, assessments, and development centers while providing strategic Talent KBI reporting. The role partners closely with People & Culture Manager, HR Business Partner and business leaders to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure effective execution of key development processes.YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead Fast-Forward development programs, including workshops and development discussionsManage internal development programs (e.g., Business Developer Supercharger)Own the Management Trainee Program: recruitment, design, and developmentOversee the Performance for Growth (P4G) process: define timelines, deliver trainings, and manage system administrationAdvise employees on external education options, approvals, and cost trackingSupport HR Business Partners and line managers in development planning and deliver related trainingDrive succession planning for key positions and strengthen the talent pipeline through assessmentsFacilitate talent review sessions and prepare analyses and benchmarkingDesign and execute assessment and development centersProduce monthly Talent KPI reports and strategic forecastingManage two cost centers and lead special projects related to Talent DevelopmentARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldSeveral years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or organizational developmentExpertise in program design, facilitation, and performance management processesStrong background in succession planning, talent assessment, and development planningProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior leadersStrong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with talent KPIs and HR systemsAdvanced facilitation, coaching, and communication skillsStrong project management capability with ability to drive complex initiatives end-to-endHigh level of analytical thinking and data interpretation for decision-makingAbility to build trusted relationships and influence across all organizational levelsStructured, proactive, and solution-oriented working styleFluent in German and English; French is an advantageApply today and send us your complete application documents including letter of motivation, job references, etc. in a single PDF file.
