**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Bestellannahme von internationalen Kunden per E-Mail, Telefon oder Chat in Deutsch und Englisch
- Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen (Logistik, Einkauf, Vertrieb) zur Verwaltung von Bestellungen
- Erstellung von Exportdokumenten und Abwicklung des Versands
- Überwachung von Lieferterminen
- Organisation von Transporten
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Identifikation von Verkaufschancen
- Entwicklung von Cross-Selling-Ansätzen

**Deine Skills**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnlicher Abschluss
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Export-Vertrieb
- Hervorragende Deutsch
- und Französischkenntnisse
- Kundenorientierung und Problemlösungsfähigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Exportdokumenten
