**Your role**
- Interested in working in financial services, specifically learning about global market trends, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

- price, execute and risk manage vanilla & structured products
- analyze market opportunities and develop trade ideas to capture value for investors
- work in primary & secondary markets to achieve innovative solutions for investors and corporate borrowers
- provide secondary markets in illiquid credit and structured products
- support automation of desk inherent workflows and processes

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in our Global Markets business. We advise clients and do everything that’s needed to buy and sell securities for them from start to finish. We work with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services.

MTN Trading is a global team, trading structured and vanilla products across a number of asset classes with primary focus on credit and funding. Product scope includes illiquid notes, short dated solutions and structured products for origination and secondary market making.

**Your expertise**
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- has an interest in financial markets, trading and risk management
- has a sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- has an interest to solve problems for clients
- has excellent English (written and oral), fluency other languages is a plus
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

**Your program**
- Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of global markets. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or more, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
