- Interested in working in financial services, specifically learning about complex financial solutions, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

- support senior team members, handle daily business including administrative tasks, improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance customer service
- identify sales opportunities, price and promote innovative trade ideas, and take part in the coverage of client advisors and end clients across Equity, Fixed Income, Commodities and Cross Asset Structured Products, Derivatives and Solutions
- provide actionable investment content based on the CIO House View and UBS Research to clients and client advisors
- work closely with sales colleagues, structuring, and trading teams around the globe

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the in Unified Global Markets Structured Products, Derivatives & Solutions Distribution team within UBS Investment Bank in Opfikon, covering UBS Wealth Management end clients and client advisors across asset classes. As a member of the team, you work in a demanding and challenging environment within a highly motivated and ambitious group. **Your expertise**
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in German, French, or Italian preferred
- has a flexible, open-minded, cooperative and outgoing personality, with a flair for sales (you’re a people person)
- has sharp analytical and conceptual skills, combined with results orientation and problem-solving capabilities, and an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
- has strong drive, motivation, customer focus, proactivity and willingness to take ownership, going the extra mile to achieve high quality outputs and service
- has a team player attitude with excellent stakeholder management skills (and this is noticeable even when under pressure)
- has very a good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

**Your program**
- Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of global markets. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or more, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
