**Your role**
- Interested in working in financial services, specifically learning about global market trends, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

- engage and execute a broad product universe within High Yield, Investment Grade and Emerging Market cash products, Rates Derivatives as well Solutions Business
- help build on our strong relationships with this account base as well as source and present to new clients
- combine markets knowledge, events, and research views into actionable trade recommendations for clients
- daily interaction with stakeholders and peers across the different trading locations to further develop our credit franchise

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in our Global Markets business. We advise clients and do everything that’s needed to buy and sell securities for them from start to finish. We work with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services. As a Fixed Income Institutional Credit Salesperson, you’ll play a vital role in making sure we help our clients to find and deliver bespoke solutions that meets their investment needs.

**Your expertise**
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in German or French preferred
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date: 1st September 2025

**Your program**
- Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of global markets. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or more, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
