Your role

Interested in working in financial services, specifically learning about global market trends, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program.

You'll get to:

• oversee all aspects of pricing and execution for fixed income derivatives and structured products and hereby leverage your strong quantitative and technical skills
• communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide best in class solutions
• drive innovation through idea generation and close collaboration with Sales teams and clients
• lead the automation strategy for Fixed Income products, enabling future growth and efficiency

Your team

You'll be working in our Global Markets business. We advise clients and do everything that's needed to buy and sell securities for them from start to finish. We work with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services.

You'll be working in our Global Markets Fixed Income Structuring team. Our team plays a pivotal role in delivering innovative, tailor-made solutions for non-standard fixed income derivatives and structured products. We collaborate closely with Sales, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless pricing and execution, while maintaining rigorous control standards. As leaders in automation, we continuously advance our business processes to drive efficiency and future growth.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:

• has completed their bachelor's or master's degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date, preferably in economy or Math, Engineering, IT etc.
• has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in German or French preferred
• has excellent analytical and IT skills and is always eager to improve them
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date: 1st September 2026

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of global markets. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You'll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or more, rotations. If you're ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
