Unsere 100-jährige Geschichte ist die Basis unseres Knowhows in den Bereichen Schneiden, Reiben, Mahlen und Vereinzeln. Mit unseren 40 Mitarbeitern an den Schweizer Standorten in Opfikon-Glattbrugg (ZH) und in Quartino (TI) bieten wir unseren Kunden komplette Systeme zur Optimierung der Prozesse in der Lebensmittelverarbeitung. Unsere Produkte stehen für höchste Schweizer Qualität und perfekte Ergebnisse in Betrieben weltweit.

Aufgrund der bevorstehenden Pensionierung unseres langjährigen Stelleninhabers suchen wir per April 2026 eine/n:

Export Specialist & Team Leader Customer Service (w/m / d) 80%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts International und innerhalb der EU (EU Gesellschaft) vom Bestellungseingang bis zur Fakturierung
  • Erstellen von Angeboten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebsmitarbeitern International
  • Ansprechperson für unsere internationalen Kunden bei Fragen zu Bestellungen, Lieferungen und After-Sales Service
  • Leitung des Exportwesens und Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen in Bezug auf Zölle und internationalen Warenverkehr (EDEC)
  • Leitung des Customer Service Teams Schweiz und International (2 Mitarbeiter) und praktische Ausbildung der Lernenden im Betrieb
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Prozesse

Wir erwarten

  • Spezifische Ausbildung und aktuelles Knowhow im Bereich Exportwesen (Exportfach, Aussenhandelsfach o.ä.)
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service und Exportabwicklung EU und International
  • Deutsch und Englisch fliessend in Wort und Schrift (zusätzliche Landessprache von Vorteil)
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, integre Macher-Persönlichkeit mit Qualitätsbewusstsein, hoher Selbständigkeit und Freude am Teamwork
