is becoming essential to how legal work gets done.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are creating a
new business unit dedicated to AI and process automation for law firms
.

We're now looking for a
Legal Tech Adoption Specialist
who will play a key role in helping law firms adopt and integrate AI-based tools into their daily operations.

This role will
report directly to the CEO
and be part of the team responsible for building and scaling this new strategic area within the company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support law firms in adopting and effectively using AI and automation solutions
  • Design and manage onboarding and training programs for legal professionals
  • Act as a bridge between legal teams, clients, and our product & tech teams
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and process automation
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to drive product and service enhancements
  • Contribute to building and expanding our AI adoption practice within the legal sector

Requirements

  • Legal background with
    2–3 years of experience
    in a law firm
  • Fluent in
    German and English
    (both required)
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and process transformation
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured approach
