Stiamo potenziando la nostra AI Delivery Unit all'interno del team di Professional Services con l'obiettivo di portare soluzioni AI scalabili, robuste e business-critical ai clienti in Svizzera e in Europa.

Cerchiamo una figura che sappia disegnare, costruire e consegnare soluzioni AI operative.

Qualcuno che entri dal cliente e trasformi i processi con automazioni intelligenti, RAG, copilots personalizzati e integrazioni su M365.

Your Mission: Own the AI Delivery Lifecycle

  • Guidare l'implementazione di soluzioni AI enterprise-ready su Azure AI Studio + Cognitive Search + Power Platform.
  • Progettare architetture RAG con document intelligence, embedding pipelines, vector search e orchestrazione su Azure.
  • Costruire flussi M365 + AI (Power Automate, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Business Central).
  • Connettere LLM a sistemi reali (ERP, DMS, CRM, API interne, DB).
  • Condurre workshop tecnici e business, definire use case, stimare effort e generare business case concreti.
  • Portare in produzione automazioni AI robuste: monitoring, logging, governance, security.
  • Diventare il riferimento tecnico per i clienti che vogliono fare davvero AI (industria, servizi, legale, finance).
  • Formare e guidare un team di AI engineers e automation specialists.

  • Prompt engineering & LLM chaining
  • Document Intelligence (OCR/ICR, indexing, classifiers)
  • Cloud & Integration
  • Azure Functions / Logic Apps
  • API integration (REST/JSON), webhooks, service connectors
  • DevOps pipelines (GitHub o Azure DevOps)
  • Microsoft 365 & Power Platform
  • Power Automate (cloud flows & AI actions)
  • Power Apps / Dataverse
  • SharePoint/Teams/Outlook integration
  • Custom connectors

"Bonus / Nice-to-have":

  • Python o C# per orchestrazioni LLM
  • Maturità su cybersecurity e governance AI
  • Esperienza con clienti enterprise o PMI nel settore dei servizi professionali

  • Sei pratico: niente AI "da laboratorio", solo soluzioni reali.
  • Sai interagire con CTO/COO/CIO ma scrivere anche un Flow o una Function.
  • Ti piace entrare nel processo del cliente e ricostruirlo in modo intelligente.
  • Ti prendi la responsabilità del delivery end-to-end.
  • Vuoi far parte di un'unità AI che puoi contribuire a plasmare.
  • Ti piace l'idea di far parte di un'organizzazione senza rigidità gerarchiche.
  • Sai parlare e scrivere in inglese professionale (almeno B2).
