Deine Herausforderung
In deiner Rolle betreust du vielseitige IT-Infrastrukturen und sorgst für einen zuverlässigen Betrieb. Du übernimmst Verantwortung in Kundenprojekten und begleitest alle Phasen von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme. Dabei bringst du deine Ideen und dein technisches Know-how aktiv ein. Als Ansprechperson für technische Anliegen leistest du professionellen Support in allen Supportstufen, remote oder direkt vor Ort. Du analysierst Störungen, findest nachhaltige Lösungen und dokumentierst diese strukturiert. Je nach Erfahrung und Interesse entwickelst du dich kontinuierlich weiter.
Deine Qualitäten und Begabungen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im ICT-Umfeld (z. Informatiker EFZ mit Fachrichtung Systemtechnik)
- Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder System Engineering (von Praktikum bis Senior-Level)
- Kenntnisse in Windows und Microsoft 365 sowie weitere Kenntnisse in Bereichen wie Virtualisierung, Netzwerke oder IT-Security sind von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung bei einem IT-Dienstleister ist ein grosses Plus.
- Eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
- Deutsch ist deine Muttersprache und du hast gute Englischkenntnisse
