# CRM Assistant External Assets Managers # * Geneva, CH * Full-time * Unlimited ### Your Role ### As CRM Assistant External Assets Managers at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the overall day-to-day business operations and provide client-centric experiences through efficient administrative, operational and compliance-related tasks. ### Your Responsibilities ### * Provide day-to-day support in administrative and commercial activities * Manage retrocessions and related commissions * Account openings, closings and other documentations * Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc. * Prepare client meetings * Respond to clients enquiries by email or phone * Control, execute and monitor client's instructions (payments, stock exchange, FX, change of static data, etc.) * Monitor credit lines and maturities of investments * Monitor administrative issues ### Your Profile ### * University degree in Finance * First relevant work experience in Private Banking / External Assets Managers * Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage * Ability to weigh problems and set priorities * Excellent organizational skills and work independently (even under pressure) * Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills * Strong work ethics, flexibility, integrity and high level of accountability * Fluency in French and English, other languages are an advantage ### Your Benefits ### * Entrepreneurial spirit in a family owned bank * Central city office locations across Switzerland * Above average insurance coverage fully borne by the bank * Contribution to health insurance and meal allowance * Global growth strategy and stable environment * Competitive offering
