Role Description
This is a hybrid full-time role for an Administrative Assistant at CSG Partner's Group & Consulting, located in Switzerland with some work-from-home options. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling phone inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records. The individual will also support executive staff with administrative tasks, assist in clerical duties, and ensure smooth office logistics.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Clerical Skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with office software and technology
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
- Must be fluent in English, Spanish, German and French
- Must Possess valid passport for executive trips within europe and Middle East and Asia
