Notre client final prestigieux à Lausanne recherche son Manager Réseaux en CDI pour piloter et faire évoluer l'infrastructure réseau globale.Vous êtes passionné par les infrastructures réseau, la sécurité, les environnements Cisco complexes et vous avez déjà managé une petite équipe et vous voulez un rôle stratégique avec de l'impact ?LE ROLEManager et encadrer une équipe d'ingénieurs réseau, favoriser la collaboration et assurer le développement des compétences.Superviser l'administration et la maintenance de l'infrastructure réseau Cisco (configuration, supervision, résolution d'incidents).Garantir la haute disponibilité et la performance du réseau, avec une gestion rigoureuse des incidents selon SLA.Mettre en place et contrôler les politiques de sécurité réseau (pare -feu, accès, monitoring) pour protéger l'intégrité et la confidentialité des systèmes.Piloter les projets réseau : planification, exécution, suivi et reporting auprès des parties prenantes.Identifier les opportunités d'automatisation et d'optimisation pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle.VOTRE PROFILBachelor en informatique, systèmes d'information ou équivalent.Minimum 6 ans d'expérience en réseaux ITAu moins 2 ans en tant que Manager / Team leaderSolide expertise en environnements Cisco (switching, routing, firewalls).Certifications réseau (CCNA, CCNP)Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets IT.Un excellent package est proposé pour ce poste.
