Our client is a recognized company in the luxury industry

The Press and Public Relations Manager will maintain a first-class network of relationships, increase awareness and develop an inspiring brand image by developing and executing effective communications and media relations programs.

RESPONSABILITIES:
**Public Relations**
- Develop a PR communications plan in line with the brand's communications strategy.
- Coordinate all PR activities worldwide
- Manage PR budgets
- Create and maintain the brand's press kits
- Participate in the creation of the brand's narrative

**Media Relations**
- Develop a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media (journalists and bloggers).
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new industry and luxury media contacts.
- Manage media inquiries, interview requests and plant tours.
- Track, analyze and report on media relations results on a quarterly basis.
- Work closely with the digital media team
- Maintain and update press information on the Parmigiani Fleurier website

**Events/Sponsoring**
- Manage sponsorship contracts.
- Manage the brand PR events.
- Maintain a calendar of international PR events.

**International**
- Guide the network of international partners
- Organize media training as needed
- Create PR event concepts for local adaptation
- Analyze global PR/Press performance results

PROFILE
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree (journalism, marketing or communications)
- Several years of experience in corporate communications or in a PR/communications agency
- Excellent writing skills and experience in digital and social media
- High level of initiative, ability to work flexibly under pressure
- Perfect command of French and English. Good knowledge of German is a plus.
