**Permanent contract **/ Based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Working from home is possible up to 40% of the week for employees living in Switzerland.

You have at least 2 years experience in a Communication/PR function, preferably at the headquarters of an international company or within a communication agency, and you are interested in the Education, Hospitality, Lifestyle and Luxury sectors. You hold a Bachelor or a Master degree in a relevant field. You master both English and French (written and spoken). Your level of copywriting in both languages matches the requirement of a Communication Department activity. Speaking another language such as German, Italian or Spanish is a plus. You have a valid Swiss Work permit or your citizenship allows you to work in Switzerland.

As **PR Coordinator**, reporting to the Group Chief Communication Officer, you support the rolling-out and implementation of Group and Brand Communication plans and activities from announcement media campaigns to events, influencer relations and partnerships in key markets. You will be the daily contact of PR agencies and will coordinate to ensure the follow-up of their various projects (interview, opinion pieces, articles ).

Your main missions will be:

- Speech writing, Press releases drafting and disseminating
- Preparation of interviews (Q&As, media briefing)
- Support in organization of press conferences
- Support in setting up and management of international press trips, events
- Management of digital/social media (linkedin, wikipedia, press rooms etc.)
- Media monitoring/analysis/coverage
- Follow-up on media requests. Coordination with Media agencies, experts and spokespersons
- Focus your activities on a specific brand in its key markets within Sommet Education portfolio although you will support and contribute to all activities of the department
