RESPONSABILITIES
- Lead the Global PR, Sponsoring & Events team & strategy
- Directs PR in the countries within the overall strategy while encouraging local creativity and initiatives; supervises country-level activities aligned with brand marketing plans
- Responsible for all the communication support materials (Press kits, photos, videos, etc.) and PR tools (media contact, media monitoring, clipping statistics)
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests
- Responsible for all international events
- Create clear guidelines for the markets; maintains ongoing, open dialogue with local managers and agencies; focusing on sharing best practices; and inspiring proactivity and new ideas
- Monitors key markets and analyses trends to identify and evaluate opportunities with relevant new media, opinion leaders, journalists, influencers, etc, people who influence perception and reputation of the brand; to develop the relationship with them, and establish partnerships /sponsorships
- Lead and developed the sponsoring and partnerships established
- Follow up and manage the collaboration with worldwide PR officers, based abroad.
- Communicate and share analysis on PR results
- People management, with a team of 7 collaborators.
- Budget responsability for the whole department

PROFILE
- Min 10 years of experience in PR, sponsoring and event management, ideally in a similar role
- People Management experience, and strong leadership skills
- Track record with relationships extablished with Opinion leaders and relevant media in fields like sports, music, fashion or art.
- Fluent C2 level in english, and also C2 in French or German, any other language is a real asset.
- Familiar emerging communications supports, KOL, media and technologies, and to be at the top of industry trends, the latest PR/social media advancements and relevant campaigns
