**Your Mission**:
Supercharge its growth by building an unbeatable network of distribution partners across Europe while creating an extraordinary partner experience.

- Partner Power: Secure new distribution partnerships every month, putting the company on the map as the go-to weather insurance solution.
- Partner Enablement: Be the champion of your partners’ success—collaborate closely, empower them to sell its offerings seamlessly, and achieve low churn with high attach rates.
- Feedback in Action: Establish a robust feedback loop with distribution partners and collaborate with the CEO and product teams to fine-tune and evolve it's offerings.
- Sales Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team with a culture of collaboration, ambition, and customer-centric excellence.

**What You Bring to the Company as the Head of Sales**:

- Proven Sales Leader: You’ve got a track record of closing deals and thriving in partner-driven ecosystems (B2B2C or B2B2B).
Having access to an extensive network of travel and leisure businesses is a big plus.
- Strategic Vision: Whether entering new markets or crafting a sales strategy, you’re a pro at delivering results.
- Startup DNA: You’re resourceful, agile, and thrive on turning big ideas into reality.
- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience—less if your expertise is razor-sharp
Prior experience in the travel and leisure industry is a big plus.
- Being based in Switzerland (ideally around Lausanne or Zürich).
