Our client a leader in their sector is looking for their Head of Quality and Compliance. This important role is responsible for ensuring product excellence and adherence to regulatory standards across all facets of quality management systems, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters. This position aims to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring high standards in both product and processes.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading and managing the Product Quality assurance team to ensure compliance with customer expectations and regulatory requirements
- Developing and implementing quality control processes to maintain the highest product standards
- Conducting audits and inspections to highlight areas for improvement
- Overseeing the Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and continuous improvement
- Training staff in Quality Management System processes and auditing compliance
- Developing and implementing policies to ensure compliance with EHS and ESG requirements
- Monitoring compliance performance and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Overseeing the implementation of EHS programs for a safe, healthy work environment
- Leading ESG initiatives to meet sustainability and social responsibility goals

**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively work in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Capability to influence and drive change across the organization
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Business fluency in French and English
