This role involvesend-to-end testing of mobile devices, IoT products, and wireless networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and seamless integration with operator networks.Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre-launch and field testing for smartphones, FWA routers, and IoT devices on 5G, LTE, VoLTE, and VoWiFi networks.
- Conduct chipset validation (Qualcomm, MediaTek, Spreadtrum) and ensure device compatibility across multiple networks.
- Execute RF and network optimization tasks, including drive testing, KPI analysis, and troubleshooting coverage/interference issues.
- Work with QXDM, QPST, Nemo Outdoor, Wireshark, and other tools for log analysis and debugging.
- Test network protocols such as VoNR, SRVCC, CSFB, and carrier aggregation to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with operators, R&D teams, and vendors (e.g., Nokia, HMD Global, Motorola, STC, ZAIN, MOBILY) to validate devices.
- Track issues and manage test cases using JIRA and defect management platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile device testing, network optimization, or RF engineering.
- Strong knowledge of LTE, 5G NR, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IMS technologies.
- Hands-on experience with protocol analysis, network KPIs, and RF performance tuning.
- Proficiency in testing tools (QXDM, Nemo Outdoor, Wireshark, NetAct, JIRA, etc.).
- Experience working with mobile operators, vendors, and chipset manufacturers.
- Fluent in English.
